If you are into SoD, you'll definitely want to play this DLC. The fuel resources, for instance, is still mostly a memento of a feature that did not quite make it into the game. Some of the issues that the original game had have not been addressed however. The replay value is greatly increased and various minor balancing changes have made the game much more enjoyable (fewer vehicles standing around means you have to take more care of them, and survivors don't seem to loot as many pain killers while you're not playing as they did in SoD). Personally I had more fun with Breakdown than I had with the basic game. In stead, your goal is to fix an RV so that you (and a few other survivors) can make it out of the Trumbull County - which then allows you to start on a higher difficulty level.
